Clinical Supervision
For Counsellors & Psychotherapists
My Approach to Supervision
My approach to supervision is grounded in a deep respect for the unique journey of each therapist. I offer a space that is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to your evolving needs as a practitioner.
Supervision is a co-created process-where your voice, intuition, and clinical wisdom are held in high regard. My role is also, however, to guide and offer professional, ethical insight, resources, and education that support your ongoing professional growth and emotional resilience.

I am formally trained in clinical supervision and work from a systems, trauma-informed and developmentally attuned perspective. Together, we can explore your therapeutic work in the broader contexts that shape it: relational dynamics, intergenerational patterns, ethical tensions, and the emotional landscapes of both client and therapist.
My hope is that our supervision sessions become a place of both refuge and inspiration-where you feel safe to express what is real; to reflect on what is unfolding, and to feel more deeply connected to your purpose as a therapist. Whether you're navigating complex client presentations, managing vicarious trauma, or refining your clinical style, my intention is to support you to feel resourced and empowered.
